The first to arrive this year was from a outside mare, a sorrel w/flaxen trim, go figure they'd get a black filly!!

Then on Feb18th our first foal arrived, a black filly also, from our Zips Jessie Bueno mare!! She has her daddies excellent mind that's for sure, she's as gentle as can be!

we are in a Movie star theme this year so she will be Liz Taylor, she also sports a bracelet on a hind foot, diamond I'm sure! She is for sale! $2000 SOLD

This was a email from our trainer regarding Redford

 He is heavily muscled and keeps that muscle very easily.  He has a regal head and a kind eye.  He is very expressive in his features.  He also has good conformation -- his legs are straight and correct.  His measurements are also good -- his hip however is his strongest feature.  He is a little longer from point of croup to point of hip than his other measurements -- not too long, just a smidgen . . . This gives him the look of the huge hip that the halter judges seem to love.  I would also expect that he would be a prime candidate for any discipline later that requires that huge hip -- most notably reining or roping.  His good looks and inquisitive nature could also qualify him as a competitive all around horse -- I say this because it takes a horse that enjoys learning new things to learn the various disciplines required to show in so many arenas.  He is easy to handle as well and would be a good horse for a for a novice or amateur.

He is shedding out to be a wonderful dark chestnut.

We are very happy with our baby we call him Jack. He is still all legs . Very nice, Yes I said very nice not like Mommy Dearest at all. He was so skinny when he was born but is filling out real good . He is real graceful for all those legs. He tries to play cutting horse with a post we have in the pasture. He has so much personality.
 Tell Black he did good and give him a hug for us .
